How is the price decided?
When you post a requirement we show a fair price estimated from current market rates for the vehicle, distance, highway tolls and diesel price. Transporters then bid around that price, and you choose the offer you like. You are never forced to accept a bid.
Is there any brokerage or booking fee?
No. WheelSniffer does not charge brokerage or commission on your fare. You pay the price you agreed with the transporter.
How do I know the transporter is genuine?
Every transporter registers with business documents (GST, PAN or Aadhaar) and a vehicle number. You can see their rating and number of completed trips before you accept, and you get the driver's name, phone and vehicle number after booking.
What is the delivery code?
After booking you get a 4-digit delivery code. Share it with the driver only when your goods have arrived safely. The trip is marked delivered only with the right code, together with a proof-of-delivery photo.
Which areas do you cover?
WheelSniffer works across India. Your requirement is shown to transporters based within 60 km of the pickup point, so trucks reach you faster.
How fast can I get a bike or mini truck?
For bike parcels (up to 50 kg) and local shifting (up to 1 ton), nearby drivers get an instant call-style alert and the first one to accept is booked - usually within minutes.
Can I post a requirement from the website?
Yes. Everything you can do in the app - post requirements, compare bids, accept, track and pay - also works on this website with the same account.
I am a truck owner. How do I get loads?
Register as a transporter (free), set the city you operate from and start bidding on loads near you. You can also post return trips so customers can book your empty truck.
What if my plans change?
You can edit or cancel a requirement before you accept a bid. After booking, contact the transporter directly from the app or website.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Delete account in the app, or use the Delete my account page on this website. You can also e-mail wheelsniffer@gmail.com.
